Ownership Transfer: You irrevocably transfer and assign all rights, title, and interest in the submitted artwork to BOHEMI, including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property rights, and any other proprietary rights.

Usage Rights: BOHEMI reserves the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the submitted artwork in any medium, format, or platform for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, packaging, promotional materials, and commercial use, without any further permission or compensation to you.

Originality: By submitting artwork, you affirm that the artwork is your original work, does not infringe on the rights of any third party, and has not been previously published or used for any other commercial purposes.

Non-Returnable: All submissions become the sole property of BOHEMI and will not be returned.

No Obligation: Submission of artwork does not guarantee its use or selection for any specific purpose.

By submitting your artwork, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.

Guidelines for Cannabis Packaging Artwork

1. Definitions:

• Cartoon: Avoid using any drawings with:

  • Comically exaggerated features.

  • Human traits given to animals, plants, or objects.

  • Animal, plant, or object traits given to humans.

  • Supernatural or extra-human abilities.

2. Avoid Designs That Appeal to Children (Under 21):

• Prohibited Elements:

  • Cartoons.

  • Bubble-type or cartoon-like fonts.

  • Designs, brands, or names that look like non-cannabis products marketed to kids.

  • Symbols or celebrities commonly used to market to kids.

  • Images of people under 21.

  • References to products or words commonly associated with kids' products.
